I also found it inconvenient that there was only 1 paper cup for coffee in the room. However, the city view and mountain view from some units were stunning. I also had a memorable experience at the fitness center, where the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It made my workout much more enjoyable.

The check-in process was frustrating, as I had to wait in line for about 45 minutes.

Our hotel is set in a central location adjacent to restaurants / stores as well as the tower that past the wonderful gift store.

Liked free wireless internet access and a heating system in the room. It was facing the city.

Good value for money and free breakfast, wonderful location in casino area. Recently refurbished and decent sized room and Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a coffee table inside. The pool area is amazing too.

Remote location down where the casino was. Also - close to casinos, the train station, and an older tower with old mattresses, decorations. Quiet rooms with a king bed and soap, for example.

The rooms at Nugget Casino Resort are just amazing! The views of the Sierra Nevada Mountains and Reno city skyline are breathtaking. The king bed with triple bedding is so cozy, and the extra-large jetted tub is perfect for relaxing after a day of fun. As someone who enjoys comfort and stunning views, I felt like I was in a dream.

I wish the dining table in the suite was a bit bigger, but that's just me being picky!

I personally found the double bathtub a bit unnecessary, but I guess some people might enjoy it.

The room was cool enough and had comfortable decor. I liked the breakfast food available in the restaurant. The staff were happy to help and provided lots of information.

I absolutely adored the warm and welcoming ambiance of the hotel's decor. The dark woods and warm tones throughout the general areas made me feel right at home. Plus, the spacious bathrooms were a blessing for us seniors. The hotel's accessibility was fantastic, making it easy for us older folks to move around without any trouble.

I would simply ask for more frequent elevator service for the convenience of senior guests.
